The 2017 Trek – Join us!

Our 2017 journey – and second Everest to End Duchenne event – begins this fall! On September 25, we’ll begin our symbolic trek through the Himalayan Mountains in Nepal to Mount Everest Base Camp, 18,000 feet above sea level. Through the Hope for Gus Foundation – a non-profit that raises funds for research to cure Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) – we’ll raise funds for medical research by pushing ourselves on a meaningful adventure that takes us to Buddhist mountain monasteries, provides pristine views and a look into Sherpa culture. Our efforts are a direct homage to boys with DMD who can’t trek themselves due to the degenerative disease. Together, we can raise awareness and help find a cure for the most genetic and terminal childhood illness in the world. Join us!
